The industrial revolution was truly a miracle. There are way too many ways to even mention how it has improved our lives. However, for every single new invention or new cultural practice that we adopted, something else was replaced. Something else was lost.
What I want to talk about here is something that has really come into our lives and taken up a large amount of time. It differs according to different sources, but even the low end of estimates put the average American as watching at least 4.5 hours of television per day.

Today I’m going to talk about an exercise that is quite popular among the bodybuilding community. While I think that most of their exercises actually do harm to the body and make it less functional, this is one that I wholeheartedly endorse.
The exercise that I am talking about is called “The Successful Hunter’s Walk”, but the bodybuilding community often refer to it as the Farmer’s Walk. By regularly doing Hunter’s Walks, you will be able to massively strengthen your grip, forearms, shoulders, and the trapezius muscle.
